When does my project actually start?

The Monday after payment, with the kickoff call. If you pay before Friday noon ET, you start that Monday. After Friday noon, the following Monday.

What if I need more pages or features mid-project?

Scope can grow — we quote the addition transparently and you approve before it gets built. Common adds: extra pages ($400/each), CMS migration, custom integrations.

Can I upgrade my tier later?

Yes. Pay the difference at any point before launch and we expand scope. Most upgrades happen during the kickoff call once we see the brief.

What if I want a refund?

100% refundable until the kickoff call. After kickoff, refunds are pro-rated against work completed (we share a transparent log).

Who actually builds my site?
